Steve Larson, Shawndra Johnson, David Olsen, Kim Larson, and Angie Olsen founded Information Alliance with your company's data collection needs in mind, and you will find them all highly involved in the day to day management of your projects. This same team serves on the Board of Directors along with Chris Coray, Calvin Johnson, Randy Jensen, and Karen McBride.
Steve Larson

Steve Larson is the V.P. of Sales and Business Development. He has worked in Market Research for the past 17 years, utilizing his skills in
public relations to sell and manage consumer, business, and political research projects. Steve's experience includes working with clients on
customer satisfaction and market surveys to ensure quality in survey implementation, project set up, quality control, cost control, and packaging
results for client analysis. Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Communications. His previous experience
reporting, photography, and news announcing for a local radio station and newspaper give him a well-rounded view of marketing and customer relations.
Steve is currently acting as the Director at Large of the South West Chapter of the Market Research Association. Steve also holds the position of
Associate Professor at Utah State University. In this position he teaches journalism/PR students on coursework covering research methodology and
practice. Steve is actively involved with the Communications Department at Utah State University and serves on its board of advisors.

Shawndra Johnson
|
Shawndra Johnson is the V.P. of Information Infrastructure. She has worked in the Market Research Industry for 17 years, and has over 20 years'
experience with computer programming, software support, and hardware troubleshooting and repair. Shawndra has extensive experience in CATI
programming using the ACSQuery and WinQuery interviewing packages, as well as experience with CfMC and Winprobe. She is also highly proficient
in coding, editing, and data tabulations, ensuring your studies exceed your expectations. Shawndra has a Masters Degree in Business Administration
and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with a Computer Science emphasis.

David Olsen
|
David Olsen is the V.P. of Technical Infrastructure. He combines several years' experience in the Market Research Industry with an extensive
knowledge of computers, networks, and telephony equipment. David is a Lucent Certified Phone Technician, and is skilled with Cisco routers, T1
lines, and Lucent phone switch programming. David has worked with WinNT, Novell and Linux servers, and has proven an invaluable support
technician for any and all software packages installed on these systems.

Kim Larson
|
Kim Larson serves as the President of Information Alliance. She has worked in the Market Research Industry for the past 17 years, and has
extensive experience in phone center operations for multiple sites and on multiple telephone systems. Kim is currently acting as Treasurer of the
South West Chapter of the Market Research Association. Kim is also highly experienced with human resources, financial management, interviewing
agent and supervisory staff training and development, and technical phone infrastructure.
Kim has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance. She also as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Human
Resources. Kim's skills and experience have created a wide range of diversity which allows her to devote time and energy on the National Board
of the Marketing Research Association, earn certification as a Lucent Phone Technician, and get involved in community and charity activities.

Angie Olsen
|
Angie Olsen is the V.P. of Operations. She has worked in the Market Research Industry for 17 years, and is a highly qualified Call Center
Operations Manager with an eye to client details, quality control, and employee relations. Angie has worked to develop a call center agent
training which will better enable employees to meet the varying needs of our customers. Angie is constantly looking for ways to promote higher
productivity and increased team unity.
