T-1's: Qwest ISDN PRI 2-way DID Trunks, 8 long distance T-1's
Voice:
Ability to handle up to 5000 calls simultaneously.
Ability to network multiple locations.
Ability to handle thousands of 800 numbers and route them seamlessly to multiple locations or staff.
Ability to route calls automatically based on capacity, priority or skills (language, technical skills, etc.). Agents log onto the system and receive calls based on pre-established skills.
Ability to identify inbound callers, i.e. business, residence, and existing customer
Appropriate screen automatically "pops up" based on inbound identifying data
All 800 numbers and regular inbound numbers can have their own announcement system
The call accounting system can track costs to calls by 800 number, project number, agent number, phone number, area code, etc.
